Why indians fail in their country but prosper in other countries?

b'caus they do not want to called as 'Ghar ki murgi dal baraber' and not want to praise themselves. There is one also a reason that they are wise abroad not in its country.

The Indians do not prosper in our country as they mind but they do not have the accesories that are needed,which is available there.There they can work like donkeys and get a higher salary than in India for the same hours of work.they are attracted to the atmosphere of working while it lacks in India.Thus,they prosper abroad!!!

You work harder when conditions are more stringent, and the rules are followed rigorously. In India these elements are missing or at a low level.Moreover, they are faced with a situation which is called do or die. This keeps them on toes.They know that they to stand or fall on their merit. No caste factor or local factor will work. In India there is a sense of complacency which is absent abroad. You cannot say " chhad yaar ki pharak painda"( Leave it, friend, what difference does it make?).

A person does everything basically for satisfaction. Some indians tend to find satisfaction in the rewards they get for their work in foreign lands than in serving and uplifting their motherand. It is basically our priorities that define our attitude.
In India,you need to have perseverence to succeed in addition to brains whereas in foreign countries, the latter is sufficient as there the question of fighting against corruption and babudom doesn't arise.

For two reasons:-

1) The Indian system is demoralising for hard working and honest people. In the west and States, the system favours them.

2) When you are abroad, to make your living, you cannot afford to relax and you have to necessarily work hard to survive.

in their country poverty is widespread, minimal oppurtunities, and backward culture is not yet eliminated( caste system, cattles roaming almost everywhere). Indians are intelligent and resourceful people but a good environment is still needed.

who said indians fail in their country.havent u heard of NARAYAN MURTHY(INFOSYS),DHIRUBHAI AMBANI,RATAN TATA,BIRLA.arent they all successful indians.there are many more in the list but these are the prominent few i am mentioning to wake u up.only those who r frightened to face adverse situations escape to other countries.
