on easter day of 2005 police see a vehicle suspected in a hit and run they try to pull vehicle over but vehicle resistes when do pull over police has suspicion of weapon the pasenger flees as the driver is stepping out of vehicle then off police video camera not knowing the truth or the whole story suspect gets fired at from police officer then not long after is pronounced dead at hospital/

If its your city, go to the police department and request a copy of the police report. It's public information. You can also search the court records. I am sure they charged the deceased with something. I am sure that there was also an internal investigation on the matter.
