i had this same problem but i had them send me the disk...they send the wrong one so i just decided to look around..it turns out that dell has the drivers on their website and you can download them easily by just putting in your service tag number

Go to the Dell website. Better yet, here is the direct link to their DRIVERS & DOWNLOADS page. http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen

You have two options, enter your service tag, or enter the make and model. Please note however, that by entering your service tag, it will recognize YOUR computer's specifications and will be the better option to take whereas by enting just the make and model, you'll be given a generalize list of things to pick from. I highly suggest using your "EXPRESS TAG" and entering it into the first section.

dell has an auto detect or you can download them from driverguide.com but your better off on anythnig else asking your questions here. the service for live techs stinks bigtime and if you dont have the EXACT name address and documentation of the exact owner of record...forget it, they could care less.
