I recently download an nds rom which is in .NDS format[of course].. but my NDS plays games in .SAV file! how do i convert an .NDS to .SAV? Can anyone help?! any help would be much appreciated! thanks!!!

If you are using a flashcard, it probably came with a CD, and the CD must have a converter tool. If it doesn't have a CD, try downloading it from the flashcard site. Pass the roms through the converter, and you will be able to play them on your DS.

How are you getting the games onto your DS, using some sort of flash card? Try just renaming the file, or if the flash cartridge won't play it, get a better one ;)
And who said anything about piracy, maybe it's a homebrew app :P
