For a informal / casual lunch i am planning to wear royal blue shalwar kameez?
i would like to know what shade of lipstick will suit ?? i want a light shade, plus what colour of footwear will look good or blue dress? if i wl wear black flats will that be ok? or brown? or what?confused please help....

Bobby Brown (estee lauder) has a line of really good shades for lip stick for a person that doesn't want to look like they are *really wearing lip stick* meaning : you don't want the lip stick to be the total focal point of your whole appearance.
NEVER wear BROWN *anything* with Blue - wear either a similar shade of blue (or) black
remember - if the shoes are black (the bag is black) if the shoes are blue (the bag is blue) otherwise - BUY/BORROW or STAY HOME
