My rental properties. I pay off the mortgages with someone else's paycheck. At the end of the term, whatever i sell the house for is like free cash because none of my hard-earned money went toward it.

ive only ever had one debt for a car.as my ex was my driver when i got rid of him i sold the car to clear the debt so mine was really,i suppose the best debt i ever got out off a small price to pay to be rid of an ald banger i miss the car though coz that was a beauty lol

Best debt, is there such thing?! £2100 is alot from me. That was when i was at worst. But i'm sure there are peeps in a more worse situation than that so i couldn't complain. I did it to myself, but i wouldn't wish debt on any one...well there's this rude gal i remember... nah only jokin!! that would be mean. lol

I got into a lot of debt with a contract phone dangerous I would'nt suggest getting one

My GMC Jimmy.

Because of that I realized my credit wasn't that bad and I went out and bought a house. Getting that GMC Jimmy was sort of a turning point for my thoughts about my credit.
