While a castle sounds awesome(!), I'd have to go with an "Earth" home. The type of home that is usually geodomed or dug into the side of a hill and is semi-circular, somewhat reminiscent of a "Hobbit Hole". They just seem really neat, as I like the design, and they are considered to be energy efficient. The artist Roger Dean, who painted album covers for the progressive rock band "YES", also designed some unique architecture featuring homes of his design, and they fall in this category. They are called either "Earth Homes" or "Spaceship Earth Homes". I'm not a hippie, I just like this design.
