Well, I am no math shining star, but i'll try.

Take the second one 6-3/4 : 3

I would change everything into fourths, so 6-3/4 becomes

27 / 4 and the 3 becomes
12 / 4

Multiply each of those x 4 and the ratio becomes 27:12. Is that what they seem to be looking for?

=11/4 : 1
=11 :4 [multiplying both by 4]
2# 6 3/4:3
=27/4 :3
=27:12 {multiplying both by 4]
3#11/16 :1/2
=11:8 [multiplying both by 16]
