My period has been irregular ever since I started it. The only time it is regular is when I take birth control pills which prevent me from getting pregnant. Then when I stop taking them because me and my fiance are trying to get pregnant, my period goes back to being irregular? Should I be worried?

nothing to worry about. my mum had irregular periods before her pregnancies and she had 6 children. now after all of us kids, her period is very regular... my period is irregular too, so don't worry :)

mine are irregular too, technically everyone's are haha! I've gone two months before getting it. And at first it scared me because I was afraid something must be wrong with my reproductive system, I went crying to my mom, afraid I wouldn't be able to have kids. But that's just how my period is. If you're really concerned, I suggest a fertility test, this will really determine if you need to be worried or not. Also consult your doctor, he/she can help you with your family planning.

no. when you take birth control pills, this puts your period on a regualar based schedual because it controls the time you get your period. everyone's period is irregular. well...most of the people i know.
