where can i get a protection plan for the cingular 8525 smartphone?

i cannot seem to find anyone that sells protection plans for PDAs, only for cell phones. anyone know where i can get this?

Since this device is a PDA, you can buy a protection plan at www.safeware.com

It will cost you about $5 a month for a protection of $500 with no deductible.
