Ok I'm just starting the company I'm asking for Legal and Tax advice not worry about her taking the company.

Depends how strong is your marriage?

Also when did you start the business, if you started it before you were married I would highly suggest you not do it. If you started it during she already owns half so you might as well.

Ask a lawyer, you need to know what the out come of a law suit would mean to you on a personal level .Like putting all personal things like home and cars in her name to protect them from a customer suit.
You can save some money doing that .But pay her well so later it won't hurt her Social Security.
