elvis was a gun-ho republican. he was so patriotic that even though he could take tax write offs, he chose not to. back then, the highest you could pay in income taxes to uncle sam was 50% of your income. every year, he gladly wrote a check to the irs in that amount. amazing fella.

He must have been a Repub, he served his country and did not want to"cut and run". He never made any of his mistresses disappear, like Dems.
