Not a "spawn", merely a "pawn" though.

Kenneth Starr was the most partisan, ultraconservative, Republican federal prosecutor and "independent" counsel in the history of Washington politics. He had utilized $45 million only to find out that Clinton & Monica had "fun" with a cigar, and that an inside squealer and plant informed him about a navy blue dress with a certain stain on it. Nothing was found crooked in the Whitewater case, except to find out the Clinton's lost $35,000 on the deal, and Starr jailed a Clinton friend because she remained faithful to her deceased husband. As far as filegate or whatever it was called, it has always been acceptable for the first lady or president to fire and hire anyone of their choosing to handle their inside travel arrangements. Starr did nothing but come up with dirt between two adults who had consenual sex. I read Starr's book, and it resembled the PENTHOUSE forum. Al Gore blamed Clinton's impeachment on his loss with Bush. So, in affect, he can also blame Starr for helping Bush get his foot in the Oval Office door.

Satan would not claim this person
He only has need for "effiencency" in his work
and there is precious little of that there !!
Seeing that Satan IS the author of confusion and the father of lies though--- Starr has probably at least had a couple of correspondence courses from the Prince of Darkness as a matter of fact-- he probably was a "Starr" student !!!

Don't you wish he's still around as special prosecuter? You know for Cheney and friends. Crime is a crime or should I break out saying that the liberals is wasting 30 million dollars of our tax prosecuting the Bush administration. So what if He did the crime, He's the President. You are distracting him from keeping America safe from terrorist. ANd coodles for ZH

After having done a lot of reading about the Starr investigation, I can confidently say: YES. It was a witch hunt, through and through.
