I'm wondering if i will go before my due date. I'm 36 weeks and at my last dr. visit he said the baby was head down. Since that dr. visit shes dropped alittle...i can tell because my pelvic bone is so sore i can barely raise my leg to get out or into bed. Does everyone lose their mucos plug? And why am I beginning to get shakey suddenly all the time?

Shaky is not good! Tell your dr. about that.

Yes, we all lose the mucous plug - but not every woman notices when it goes. I didn't the first time. My son dropped about four weeks before my due date - then he turned around again. And dropped. And turned. We called it the "Liverdance" - hurt like heck!

I'm NOT a Dr., but when I was shaky I found that calcium supplements helped - plain, generic calcium carbonate tablets that had an almost instant effect when my legs were jittery. I am concerned that the shakiness could be something serious though - please call your Dr to be on the safe side.

Good luck!

Cheers,

Samlet

im in the EXACT same situation as you. my due date is march 13th.

but yes every one loses their mucus plug. If they didnt their cervix would be closed and the baby wont come out. I had a convo with my mom the other day about losing my mucus plug and she said she never noticed when she lost hers with both of her pregnancies.

If you want someone to talk to you can talk to me. Just email me or what ever. i love talking to people. my email is halfLaydee_halfThug@yahool.com

i would notify the nurse or doctor about the shaking. maybe nerves or something else. but I lost my plug at 38 weeks, exactly 7 days before i went into labor.
