Act a certain way to get a girl...then once they get the girl to like them, they act like their REAL selves?...(and their real self is not good)
I absolutely adored this guy's personality. Then once he "won" me, his true personality comes out, and then i end up not liking him.

You're right. Women do the same thing. Women shouldn't do it either.

Allow me to use a clever (okay, cynical) analogy.
I'd like to sell you my car. I've told you all about how wonderful it is, smooth riding, great fuel economy, roomy, the whole deal. I've even bent over backwards to accommodate you on the price.
What a great bargain - here's the keys...
What I haven't told you is that it's being held together by rust, the brakes are shot, it leaks oil like it's going out of fashion...
Sorry, lady. You bought it, no warranty...
The word for the day is Salesmanship.
I'm sorry it happened to you. I figure it probably happens to everyone, at least once.
It's rotten. It really is. I guess it's just part of life.

We all jump to conclusions and form wrong assumptions
Getting to know each other really does work... and not encouraged these days... short term relationships are what is pushed these days...
Men and women both mess up in these ways. They build up a Prince Charming or Nice Girl image for their mate and get carried away by sex as often as not... and make a wrong choice...
they don't get what they thought ...and due to lack of communication... people get hurt... Remember both sexes preen a little and flirt a bit with each other.
If you clicked, if it was right, you would still like each other years from then, and still have things to talk about... and this is what it is best to know before you get into bed with someone.
What most people like, what most people find really sexy is.....
trust .... honesty
feeling so comfortable with someone that you can trust them enough that you can be honest iwth them.

it's to equalize the defenses women put up. It's all part of the dating game. You put out your best to get in w/ the person to see if you are compatible. If things don't click afterwards, the two individuals aren't right for each other.
Remember, that the biggest challenge for anyone is to get through the door.

Because most men are really insecure about who they really are. They think that if you discover who they really are before you get to know them you'll never like them. But regardless of how hard they try, over time, their true selves come through.

We all put on acts in the beginning, it's the "mating" dance. If you don't like the real guy then dump his butt and find a guy whose real personality you do like.

Yes the mating dance nice one. He was like that because he didn't love you, watch the movie the notebook. A man should be crazy about you (but not to hurt anyone)

Maybe there is a real possibility that you are not in touch with yourself....and don't really like men.
Think about it late night...seriously, to yourself....or think deep within, now...search for the answer.
What is it?

This is not sexually discriminating. This is characteristic of one who prefers the chase over the catch.
