Yes. Remember Socrates? It is only when you start asking that you realise the depth of your ignorance. That is when we realise little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

Yes, I definitely agree with this statement.
If you have little knowledge (especially when you are satisfied with it!), you don't even know (or don't care) that you don't know. Only when you take the trouble of going out of your Comfort Zone, you know that there are many things to learn. And the more you know, the more you realize that there are many inter-related things you don't know.
Just imagine yourself as an electrician. If you don't know there is a wire in a room, maybe you won't know the room got electric connection. But when you discover a wire, and take the trouble to trace, you will find the whole connection including the main power. That's how our knowledge grows!
So, never be satisfied easily. There are a lot of things to do.

You are so right.
I have a very curious nature. I love to learn. I love to do research. Just give me a topic and I can't wait to find out all there is to know about.
I also have a dictionary in every room. I'm in a wheel chair and I usually have a need to look up a new word everyday.
I like your question. No matter how long I live I will never know it all. I do know a number of people who think they know it all.
Cheers to all out there with the curiosity to continue to learn something new everyday.

That is an obvious by product of knowledge, the only way to make that statement false is to attain over half the knowledge in the known universe and prevent any new information from occuring, once that happens you realize how much you know instead of how little you know. Lol.

Definitely, every damn day I realize how stupid I am and how much there is in the world that I don't know. Even about myself, I discover something new everyday.
So I guess, ignorance is a bliss, but I rather suffer the agony of truth and knowledge than live blindly in the darkness of ignorance.

This statement can be viewed both ways, positively or negatively.
Wow,,,,,,there is this much for me to know.
and........
Oh noooooo.......... I thought I knew everything.
If you are positive, you will continue to learn and know the unknown & unexplored with zeal, ardour & enthusiasm.
You will continue to gain knowledge till last day.You will continue to share your knowledge with others. You will continue to grow.
You will continue to realise that HOW LITTLE YOU KNOW and how much is there to learn.
On the other hand if you are opposite, you will continue to believe that you know every thing and there is no need to know any more. You will stop to learn and grow and become arrogant. You will not share your knowledge with any body. You will continue to believe that HOW MUCH YOU KNOW.

There is a vast and widespread sphere of knowledge out there waiting to be tapped by anyone who is willing to learn, who can acknowledge the fact - ' how little they know '.
For those happy with their limited learning it seems to be a great excuse.
