Warm them up slowly starting with soaking in tepid water and gradually warming the water. Usually frostbitten extremities have an ashy gray appearance. If you seriously think you have frostbite, please see your doctor.

Yes, it's definitely not a good thing. I'd go to the doctor or ER. Also you can even get blisters or open lesions on your skin. Other symptoms are numbness, tingling, or burning to the affected areas. Get them checked out immediately!

If the frost bite is that bad you would be losing toes by now....Also, if you have black toes, you will have gangrene before long & if not taken care of, you will die.

yes. it's really bad. you must go to the doctor and get blood thiners. it means your blood is coagulated and if one of those clots gets to your brain you could have a stroke. call your doctor NOW!
