Bitok - A Russian dish made with patties of ground meat (mixed with onions and bread and milk) and served with a sauce of sour cream

but u have 2 T's so am not sure....

This word does not appear in any dictionary or reference I could find. (At least , not under this spelling). What language is it? How is it used in a sentence? Where did you see it?

There are handful of mentions of "bittok" on the internet, but it is usually a last name, one of them from Kenya.There is no translation.
