Yes. But you obviously don't drive one, so you can't be told.

Chevrolet's huh,
Always known for being tough. Beffy consrtuction throughout. Solid interior components, small block ahhhh, the small block, upgradeable. Function over form, but the form ain't bad. Easy to work on. Chevy's have seemed a little unrefined and not very elegant, but as far as quality is concerned most people like a chevy.

Fords....
Their doors close good. Their fit is good all round (until you back it into the tractor then nothing fits right). Interior prettier than chevy's, but wears out fast and rattles, squeeks etc. Parts are not as readily avaiable as chevy. Ford made some engineering decisions that some view as not as good as chevy like the 4x4 system on broncos. This company makes a pretty good car, but the truck industry belongs to chevy. Ford transmissions......need I say more...failure.

In recent years the two automakers have worked out some of the negative things that their products are known for and incorporated some new positive things. The differences between the two are almost negligible when considering the purchase of a new vehicle.

I own a shop, and have been around a long time. Dude... this is a war that has been going on for years. It started back in the 1950's when all car manufactures relied on the outcome of the NASCAR race on Sunday to boost sales on the following Monday morning. This is what got the 3 major manufactures involved in the race on Sunday, because the winner of Sunday's race had a huge impact on the sales of vehicles on Monday. I would suggest you find something on the history of NASCAR, and watch or read it, and you will understand.
Glad to help out, Good Luck!!!

Holy CRAP....my hat is off to Wolfwagon...that was a fantastic answer, and i could not have worded it better myself. And Wolfwagon was right....we (I sell Chevrolet for a living) are hard working, proud Americans, and we take pride in our product, which stands the test of time. Chevy is like baseball, and apple pie. "I drove my chevy to the levy, but the levy was dry" now what if Don McClean had chosen a toyota instead? Fact is Chevy has been an American favorite for years, and hopefully for many years to come as well.

that you support an "american revolution" (chevy logo) and aren't buying some foriegn crap, small car that has a tiny engine (do toyota and honda even make V-8s for sedans) and will rust after 10 years (take a look at a 10 year old honda, theres rust somewhere)

toyota is far overrated

the true significance of driving a chevy ..... The Heartbeat of America .... It's the end all to be all when it comes to showing off your thoughts of america ... the patriotic person ... apple pie and all that stuff ... growing up not as a spoiled snot nosed kid, but one that has learned the value of a buck and rewards of hard work... to show everyone that you are strong, but not flashy ... smart, but not smartmouthed... cool, but not arrogant .... one who can be trusted to do the right things in life.... and knowing what side your bread is buttered on ... someone who will support his neighbor in time of need, and share a beer with his adult kid to chat about the grandkids.... CHEVY IS LIFE

i just bought an 85 berlinetta, i had a 91 s10.... the s10 never needed one replacement part, lasted 13 years before we junked it cause it was unsafe or something.... if you want a truck or a sports car the CHEVY ALL THE WAY if you want a little mid sized car that will last a while... go forgien, they are good at weak sedans that last.

It means "I didn't have the money to buy a better vehicle, please take pity on me". Well at least that is how I feel every time I get behind the wheel of my Luminia.

Some people who drive Chevys feel it makes them better then people who drive Fords.
