But let's start there: did you know that a recent research study presented at the annual meeting of the Association for Chemoreception Services in Sarasota, FL, found that merely smelling cinnamon or chewing cinnamon-flavored gum actually enhanced multiple areas of brain processing and function; everything from memory to visual-motor speed to recognition to attention & focus? In fact, the results were so promising that multiple research studies underway are testing cinnamon for its potential effects on enhancing cognition in the elderly, people with "test anxiety", and possible benefits for people with cognitive diseases.

Before you go in for your examination, make sure you eat a good breakfast that includes a banana, this is loaded with potassium and other great neural transmitters that will help your synapses fire faster -- helping you think.
Remember to take deep breaths and relax, part of your examination grade will be to see how you handle in stressful situations. Avoid using verbalized pauses such as "Like, um, uh". It is ok to take a small pause to gather your thoughts, this makes you look more collected and less stressed so keep that in mind.
If your knees start to shake make sure they aren't locked and keep them slightly bent, and move them a little bit if you need too.
Most importantly, if you are blanking out on your information, take a little break and remember you know your stuff and then say it confidently..After all...you have made it this far, why let something like this take you down.
Good luck!

Well it is a bit late for this advise but if you could rewind - Attend all the classes diligently and pay attention, study hard, do your revisions etc. But given that the exams are about to start - all I can now say is revise hard and pray?
