Line through (4,4) and (4,2)

Normally, you would use the slope formula;
m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)

But x2 = x1, so x2 - x1 is equal to 0, and the slope will be undefined.
There will be no slope, which is not surprising, because this is a vertical line.

The equation of the line will be x = 4.

Plot the two points and draw a line thro` them.
From the graph it is seen that each point on the line is at a distance of 4 from the y axis.
Equation of line is x = 4
