I don't believe it affects your eyesight but it can mentally lead to PE because you may desensitize yourself over time, or feel that you need to do it a certain way to get that release.. or that you just want to get it over with. I.e.: if you know you're going to the candy store you're going to want to go as soon as possible to get the candy.

Jelqing is a way of lengthening your penis, masturbating of course is not although it can help. No it will not affect your eyesight nor will it cause PE, in fact it can help fight PE but having said that everything can have side effects.

it is prooved that they have many bad bad effects on both physical and mental health as you mention they affect eyesight and etc....
