If we know the law, is it enough for us to be happy? Why or why not?

No the study of the law will not make us happy. The study of the law can confuse us because, no matter how hard we try to follow the law, we will fail at times even though it is a good thing that, if followed precisely, would make us happy and safe.

God knew that we could not follow the law precisely. That is why He sent His Son, Jesus to die for our sins. Because His death, to pay for our imperfections and inability to follow God's laws, is for our forgiveness and enables God's grace.
