Personally i would play 3,5,2 with the two center mids playing as a Defensive stoppers and one Offensive Mid....

playing natural central defenders on the outside with the 3-5-2 will allow them to fall in on cannavaro and compact the center. lampard always does well when playing in front terry, and rosicky has been hot. in the middle with ronaldinho would work wonders. messi and ronaldo on the outside have extremely good pace and footwork and having three in the middle would give them more space outside. the fowards i think speak for themselves.

You have a good choice of players, but I think I have different idea. I prefer to play 4-4-2 because this formation is very balanced but at the same time give you mobility.
This formation gives you wide range of choice: whether you will play more offensive or defensive; whether you want your players keep the ball more or pass the ball more; whether you want to attack from flanks or from middle.
