I would make an appointment with a psychologist or psychiatrist tomorrow. They can help you figure out whats wrong and the best solution to help you through your problems. If you can find one or afford one, although some do take insurance, then I would talk to a close friend or relative. Just talking about your issues could help relieve some of the pressure and put some perspective on the situation.

I don't have a medical answer but what has helped me is to stay low to the ground. Sit on the floor where your legs are comfortable to calm the trembling. When you've calmed a little make yourself a cup of tea. Keep breathing in and out slowly. Avoid the blowing into a bag thing...my husband is a paramedic and says that doesn't work out for medical reasons. Call someone who will listen or write your feelings. Then the next day seek some affordable counseling.

Get a pad of paper and write down all that you are experiencing as if you're explaining it to someone. Try to analyze it and try to think of tiny steps you could take that would at least move you forward a little bit even if you can't get yourself completely out of the situation.
If you begin to concentrate on writing you can regain some control and kind of write your way back to some calmness. From there, listen to some nice music and have milk, cream, cheese, or tuna salad (all of which can be calming). A cup of not-strong (but not dishwatery either) coffee with so much cream its like a dessert and with one spoon of sugar can be very calming. Make it as hot as you can tolerate it.

1. Stop
2. deep breath in slowly through the nose
3. hold it ,count to 5
4. breath out through the mouth blow out slowly
Did this help?
if so read below .
If not call an ambulance , a friend or someone you trust or a crisis line. Dial information or the operator and ask them to connect you to the crisis center.
Try to think of 5 things that you like, chocolate? puppies? tv? movies? If you can write down as many things as you can think of that you enjoy.
Now try to think of why you are wrapped so tight.
And slow down these are your feelings and perfectly normal.
Get help from someone you trust.

I've done that before. Go directly to an emergency room and they can help you. I promise you that they can help you. They may give you a sedative for immediate help and will refer you to someone to help work out your problems. Remember, the first step is always the hardest. Take that step because no matter what's making you this way you need to get better and you can't do it alone!

I'm in the same boat as you are. I went to see the doctor recently and he prescribed me some anti-depressants and referred me to counseling. Maybe you should go see the doctor as well. I'm starting to feel a bit better but I just started treatment so we'll see.

Find a friend that you can really trust and share what's going on. Personally, I turn to God. Try writing out your feelings and fears in a journal and ask God for peace.

Breathe deeply.
Tell your brain to stop.
Take some time out,not more than 30 mins.
Come back and confront the problem.
