He was taking prednisone and other medicines in the past. He used to take medicines for asthma from childhood. i dont know the name of that medicines. we are trying for a child. Is there any possibility that these medications can cause any adverse effect on his fertility?

Just because a bottle says it's possible doesn't mean he falls in with those statistics. Even if it has caused low sperm motility, they can either put you on fertility drugs like Clomid to stimulate multiple eggs to make sure his swimmers have a better chance, or actually concentrate his sperm and insert it directly into the uterus.
