how come even after the timeskip sakura's hair still didnt grow back?.. i mean its still the same length..
even hinata's hair grew...

Maybe she cut it again in between the time skip, making it short. And I think she wanted to keep it short anyway, don't know the other reason. It's still besides the reason why she keeps her long hair is to impress Sasuke. Maybe she learned her lessons before during the Chuunin Exams...the opponent can grab you by your long hair so make it short after all.

Well you should ask the creator of this story. Maybe sakura looks best with her hair like that. But i prefer hinata, for me she's better than sakura.

in a brief flash back when tsunadae is talking to sakura her hair is long again. but since she isn't trying to impress sasuke anymore she most likely wanted her hair short again, also it keeps it from getting in her eye's when she is fighting.

i say that you ask the creator, masashi kishimoto, about it... maybe sakura's grown tired of making her hair long just to impress that bastard, sasuke...
and besides, long hairs just get in the way in battles... shorter hairs are more efficient especially for a kunoichi like her...^^
