I have 3 lovely kids already, but i'm paranoid about getting pregnant again, just how reliable is it???

it depends on how reliable you are with taking it at the same time every day. there of course is nothing that is 100% effective besides abstinence! And so what if there is an "oops" baby, the more the merrier! (just don't tell her/him that it was an accident)

You might want to look into Norplant instead. It is a match size piece of plastic that is shot into the bicep area via needle. It lasts 3 years and when you are ready to become pregnant or want to get it changed, go to you doctor. The only thing is it is new and you need to find an obgyn that has had the training. Mini pills aren't very accurate, or so I've heard. I am not fond of the pill myself, I think it's unreliable. I got pregnant while on Ortho products but am so thankful I did in the long run.
