OK, here is the situation.
Married, 33 years old and never missed a period - ever except when I was pregnant
Have not been on the pill for the past 3 months
Have not had sex in past 3 months
Got my last period Dec. 30 thru Jan 4 but was sick with a 24-hr stomach virus during my last period
Started dieting and exercising on Jan 1 (New Year's reoslution)
Did not have sex in Jan.
Had sex on Feb. 3 because I knew I would be getting my period - however I did not as of yet. Had all the signs that I was getting it - (PMS and hot spells) which is why I had unprotected sex
I know I was not pregnant up to the time we had sex on Feb. 3
Still do not have my period
Questions:
I can't be pregnant right?
When you skip, do you usually keep the same cycle?
Should I expect to get my period around the beginning of March.

Please put my mind at ease.

Even if you're going to get your period, you still run the risk of getting pregnant. I suggest you get a pregnancy test, because it doesn't sound like this has to do with your exercising. In my case, it's because of weight loss, but it sounds to me like you might be pregnant.
As far as skipping and cycles, mine are so irregular, I don't have the fondest how it is that I know when to expect it. I think it's like a symptomless PMS for me, somehow, about a week before I start, I just know. So I don't know if they keep the same pattern. Mine haven't really had a pattern since I first started so I'm afraid I don't know, I would ASSUME it would slightly follow the same pattern.
Either way, my advice to you is to take a pregnancy test.
PS: congrats! if you are indeed with child

Of course you can be pregnant. And unless you are anorexic and an exercise-a-holic, I doubt that your new year's resolution to exercise would cause your missed period. If you are not pregnant, you have only been off the pills for a few months, so maybe your cycle isn't quite back to normal yet. Either way, you can set your own mind at ease if you take a pregnancy test. Good Luck!

Have you thought about taking a pregnancy test? That's where I would start if I were you! An average cycle is 28 days if you had your last period ending Jan. 4th It would be OK to ASSUME that you had already ovulated and were getting ready to start your period, BUT you never truly know when you ovulate and saying that I would take a pregnancy test! If your period does come late I would count on the next one being 28 days after the last day of your period!! GOOD LUCK!!

It could be stress, or since you've been dieting, and/or maybe it's because you've started exercising. All of these can lead to a missed period. You could be pregnant, so a pregnancy test can set your mind at ease.

Please take a pregnancy test.

You are too young to be in perimenopause and these are some of the symptoms I have been having, but I am 47...it is menopause for me.

Your cylces are a bit wacky right now...go to a good female gynocologist.
