I woke up yesterday with a few zits/smaller pimples on my upper chin area - and it feels like they're spreading.
How can I get rid of them FAST? I have this neutrogena 8 hr fast relief stuff but it doesn't seem to be working.
Any ideas? I wanna pop them but then won't they spread more? Yet I don't wanna have them visible at all... :(

My 13 year old had pimple city , he started putting hand sanitizer on his face he is so handsome cleared up, I even use it, Works wonders.

i suggest you don't pop them cuz if you do you'll end up with scars on your face...not all acne products work for everyone...all you have to do is find the one that's right for you...try other products but i can't guarentee that it'll work for you...i mean it took me quite awhile before i found the right one for myself...it's actually the acne foam wash from neutrogena...but yeah i think that you should try other acne products...plus there's nothing to be embarassed about because there are others out there that are probably in a more worst situation than you...i mean just compare yourself with others that have a lot of zits on their face cuz that's what i always do when i think my face looks bad

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Ask your doctor about Benzyclin! It's the ONLY thing I will use anymore, your doctor may even have some samples at his/her office! I've used it for years and my acne has been cleared up for a long time but i still continue to use it just to prevent more breakouts!

Drink LOTS OF WATER, half a gallon, wash face 3 times a day, and no fried foods, or pop for a day, keep doing this and they will go away fast.

proactive really works. It is a watered down mix of hydrogen peroxide and other stuff. Straight hydrogen peroxide would be harmful,,,it is too strong...my daughter used Proactive and she had some bad acne, very oily skin too. She looks great now. good luck!

try putting alchohol on your face in the morning and at night before using moisturizer...it worked better for me than any of the antibiodics i was prescribed and any other OTC things i tried...the alchohol will kill the bacteria

Go see your dermatologist. He can prescribe some antibiotics or some cream that will make them go away overnight.
