17) since the variables are the same, just subtract the coefficients, 2 from 6. -4u

30) add all the numbers together and divide by the amount present, so after you get the sum, divide the number by 6 to get the mean

46) put it in slope intercept form, y = mx + b, then graph both of them and shade in the areas that apply to the inequalities. do this by testing a point such as (0,0) to test which side of the graph is shaded. after shading, you will know what x and y can equal while still satisfying both inequalities.
