HELP! I noticed a red bump right below the hood of the clitoris?

I recently noticed that I have a red spot right under the "hood" of the clitoris. It's not so much a bump but a really red spot about the color of blood. I also noticed that i have a pink spot with white over it almost like a scar on the "crack" of my inner vagina lip. Does anyone know what this could be? Are these 2 things related at all?

dear,does they are painful?
i think they are normal..but better to consult a doctor may be simple skin infection

It could be many things. Molluscum Contagiosum being one. Herpes? I would go to the doctor if it is bothering you. That is the safest thing I could recommend.
