Well when "I see him" wearing dresses, witness him kissing other men, touching other wrestlers inappropiately during matches its hard to believe hes anything but gay.
I remember one of his first interviews stating he likes the feel of the ring but he stumbled on his own words saying" I like the feel of men ....oh I mean the ring thats what I mean I like the feel of the ring".

Okay why do you care what Cena's sexual preference is? I doubt he is gay. when someone is on the road as much as these wrestlers are they don't have time to date. not to mention have the time to nuture a relationship. Look at the statistics of how many marriages or relationships work when one the people in the relationship is traveling or gone for a long period of time. A real relationship takes time to grow and if you are seperated from each other for long periods of time it puts a strain on that relationship

Who knows? he could be gay/bi even if he has a girlfriend so it's a 50/50 chance he is. WWE makes him sound gay in his promos though like saying things like: him wanting to put his "piece " in Angle's mouth or having Edge "blow" him in the past.
I wouldn't be surprised to eventually hear he is gay though. Rumors are flying around that Orton is on some sites.

no he is not gay, at least he doesnt seem like he's gay. and i bet BRUISER is going to answer this question in the lines of: "... Jon Ceman is a homo gay girl who screams in her high heels..." blah blah blah. i mean seriously he needs to stop bothering people with his/her questions about john cena. the least he could do is spell his name right.

Its hard to tell now a days who is in the closet and who is not. Take the safe route and just assume he is straight.
