I recommend to take them to "Zamboanga Restaurant" in Malate. Famous for their fresh seafoods and native cuisine with a nightly cultural show at 8:30 p.m.
Here's the address: 1619 Macario Adriatico St., Malate, Manila
Good place in touring your foreign friends and to get to know more of the Filipino culture.
...And, if they are not that "picky", try DAMPA at the seafood market in Parañaque near the airport. They could choose whatever seafood they want (or do the marketing inside the wet market) and tell them how you would like them cooked. Sugpo in butter-lemon and garlic, crabs in sweet-chili sauce, sinigang sa miso, seafood kare-kare,...baked tahong, talaba (oysters)....now, that's seafood heaven!
Have Fun!

I can highly recommend Golden Fortune restaurant at TM Kalaw Avenue, Manila. Or if you want more exciting, bring them to "Dampa" in Macapagal St. almost near Asia Mall wherein you will market the fresh seafoods then there are restaurants there that will cook (with charge) the seafoods for you. Or at Seafood wharf along TM Kalaw but very close to Manila bay side & grand stand. If your friends are classy, bring them to Manila Pavilion.
I don't recommend Zamboanga restaurant for food but they have very good Filipino traditional Folk dance show.

Sea Food Wharf in Rizal Park, turn off Roxas after the US embassy.
B.T.W. There is a section "Dinig Out" --> "Philippines" where this question would be more appropriate. I don't want to be rude, but this is a "Travel" forum.
_____
I think Linda Tan gives good advice, so I'm trying Dampa this weekend, but the place I mentioned is definitely good, especially for foreigners.
