In Arkansas, anyone under the age of 21 it is .04. As an adult DWI, its .08. They lowered it to .08 a few years ago from .10. BUT, you do NOT have to PROVE the the indivual blew a .04. All the officer has to do is PROVE the the indivual was to imparied to operate a motor vehicle, even if he blew .01, he/she can still be charged with DUI.

In TX it is .08...but you will probably get in some sort of trouble anyways seeing as you or they are a minor. It's not worth the risk, I have seen friends go in major debt over a stupid DUI and I've known a couple of others who have died over it. Call a cab, it's worth the $20.

It depends on what state you're in. In Virginia, if you're under 21 all you have to have is one sip, and you don't have to even be driving. Just being busted underage with any alcohol in your system is an offense. First offense, you lose your license for a year. If you don't have your license yet, you lose your privilege to get your license for a year. Subsequent offenses carry fines and longer supsension times.

Same as adults in your state, I would think, usually 0.8. But what the Police State does, instead, is charge them with Minor In Possession, instead.
I guess they're not getting enough tax nor extortion money from beer from you, and want you to turn to harder stuff, is my guess.

In michigan, there is a zero tolerance law. Absolutely no alcohol for minors! I believe it varies by State.
