They wouldn't even be able to see Pluto until they're pretty much already here, so no worries.
Plus, Pluto didn't disappear, it's simlpy redefined, and I doubt if the aliens bother paying attention to that type of minutiae

The gold plate was made when Pluto was still considered a planet, therfore the siblings are the eight other planets; 1) Mercury, 2) Venus, 3) Mars, 4) Jupiter, 5) Saturn, 6) Uranus, 7) Neptune, and 8) Pluto.
