xbox live connecting problem?

i'm having a problem connecting to xbox live with my new third and fourth gamertag evrytime i try to play online with multiplayer of call of duty3 it appears NO MULTIPLAYER PRIVELEGES also to my other games.i have my 2 old gamertag which is working but i want to use my 3rd and 4th. why this 3rd and 4th gamertag cant connect to xbox live?how many gamertag are allowed to xbox live?tnx

I believe you can only have two connected to one account. If you want more you have to pay extra.
