It's referring to drivers for your motherboard ... not for the video card itself.
These usually come on a CD included with the PC or mainboard.
Find the model of you mainboard & you can download them from the mfg website under "drivers & updates" .

in the graphics card box, it includes a driver installation disk, from that you call install the graphics card driver, after you installed the driver restart the system

go to ati website they have a utility you can download that will assist you. otherwise they should have a card type driver that will work with multiple cards
