Every month i get cramp like feelings , it doesn't matter what time of the month it is, it just happens constantly. I asked my doctor what could this be and he said that i am perfectly fine and that it might be when i am ovulating. But you don't ovulate ALLL month do you ? what could this be ?

No, you only ovulate for two weeks during every month as a norm. I would recommend getting another opinion from another dr but not from one in the same practice as your current dr if he's in a group practice setting.

This needs to be evaluated in more detail to rule out things like endometriosis.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

I get a lot of cramps, and eating right can help with those, as well as exercise. Try lying on the floor and bringing your knees to your chest, one at a time. This should help somewhat. Also try doing contractions (if you know what they are and how to do them correctly). birth control of course can help with cramps as well
