i suck at COMMAND and CONQUER generals...?

Each army has good parts and bad.
I prefer America, I can woop on hard mode but get brutally attacked any higher. Start out with defences, use Aircraft and samsites as an advantage to protect your troops and tanks, the drones fix the tanks, which helps alot.
When you got enough cash and can hold out for a while, get the Supply pads, they will then be your biggest source of income. keep building and expanding, fortifying all the time and watch the map for enemy advancements.

Each teams have their own specialty. USA are very strong in Air units, China are DAMN good in their ground units whereas GLA are good for attacking enemy fast and annoy them!
For me, I like GLA because the soldiers and tanks are so cheap! Besides, killing the enemy units, you'll get upgrades for your vehicles! Playing GLA is just like playing Zerg in starcraft. Just keep spamming your tanks and soldiers. Try spawn your rebels behind enemy base and make sure you have camouflage upgrades. Upgrade your scorpion tanks to the MAX and always use angry mobs with AK-47. They'll bust the overlord tank in seconds!!!!
