Well when I get in to a conversation with someone I start to get nervous (just like always) and then I start sweating. Just thinking of starting to sweat makes me start to sweat, then I start to get even more nervous at the person I'm talking to because I get worried that he/she now knows I'm nervous. Exressicaly the teachers at my school, when I get in to a convo it starts. What can I make at home to control this?

I hardly ever sweat, even in 'intimate' moments. Deep breathing exercises help me control sweating... breathing deeply slows your pulse and relaxes you, therefore slowing down the sweat process. (The more anxious and nervous a person is, the faster their heart rate and the easier it is to sweat.)
