I do Yoga , meditation, prayers and stay in solitude. I just imagine myself in a quiet place with no worries, or cares in the world. And I listen to music often especailly at night when i have a hard time sleeping.

I also try to get enough sleep.I make it a point to take a nap or just stay in bed x1hr during the day. I often take a good long hard look at my life. In other words, self-reflection.

I also try to follow these guiding principles in life.To thine own self be true! Look at the bright side of things. Smile and laugh often. Your body and psyche will thank you for it. Stress is the number one killer. You are your worst enemy. Stop and smell the roses.

Live each day as if its the last day of your life. Take one day at a time. And above all, never lose Hope. Have a strong faith in God. Also, keep your mouth close when swimming and when angry.

I have a lot of hobbies. As mischief and troubles occupy an idle mind. When i feel like I'm losing it; I just hum a tune.

Meditation always seems to calm me down. Listen to some soft music or any uplifting music of your choice. Music sometimes reminds us of another place in time when we were happy and that can trigger some relief of what you are feeling. Start a project, maybe that will help.

Sometimes we act crazy to keep from going insane!
