In a little over a year, I would like to buy a car, pay cash. No payments. (I have bad credit). How should I start saving for this? I'm looking at about maybe a $4,000 roughly.

Thanks!

Its bad but with $4,000.00 its going to be hard to find a reliable vehicle for that kind of money you may have to finance a little bit to get one. The best way is if you want to save up the 4,000 do it then finance as little as possible because if your credit is really bad you will get soaked in interest rates so the less you finance the better. Good luck !!!

Don't buy from any dealer/used car lot.

Buy from local seller in your area. classifieds ect newspaper.

you get twice the car for your money.

shop wisely--not by looks alone.
