No. According to WWE.com the only matches scheduled for WM23 are :
Batista vs. Undertaker
John Cena vs. Shawn Michaels
Battle of the Billionaires
Lashley and Khali could still be added to WM23 but Lashley is ECW and Khali is RAW if they had a title match Lashley would win because Khali will not go back to ECW.

I hope not because I dont see it as having any significance, and I could think of a dozen other people who would be better representatives for Vince and Donald. If this is any way to give Lashley a push, I hope they dont use WrestleMania as a platform because the match would suck. Better representatives would be Hulk Hogan, Big Show, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Chris Jeicho, and even Umaga. Best match would be Hulk Hogan vs. Big Show...just like WM3 when Hogan slammed Andre.

it has a possibility bcuz Lashley does not back down to any fight.and i think that Lashley is the 1 that wiLL stop this missunderstood loudmouth speaking idiot The Great KhaLi.. and in fact i don't even know wat the great khali is saying everytime he speaks in the ring!! and look at him! he's like an alien from the 4th galaxy!

it probably will happen because i dont see lashley fighting someone for the belt and khali is not taking on hogan

what i've heard is that that match will be the McMahon vs Trump match with Lashley being Trump's rep and Khali being McMahon's rep.
