There is no Ginko Bilbo. Bilbo Baggins took the ring from Gollum, and if there happens to be a Ginco Bilbo (again, i really don't think there is) it is just a hobbit in the village.
Where did you see these advertisments? There are no new movies coming out anytime soon (they havnt even decided who is directing the hobbit).
