I am confused. I mean I see the advertisements for Ginko Bilbo but I don't know who/what it is.

Ginkgo biloba is a plant. The extract from this plant helps with memory and serves as an antioxidant. Do not take it if you are on an MAOI inhibitor.

There is no Ginko Bilbo. Bilbo Baggins took the ring from Gollum, and if there happens to be a Ginco Bilbo (again, i really don't think there is) it is just a hobbit in the village.

Where did you see these advertisments? There are no new movies coming out anytime soon (they havnt even decided who is directing the hobbit).
