"First Contact". That would have been cool working on warp drive in the middle of the forest and have Vulcans land in friendship.

Fans of certain types of things/people are mocked when they get so much "into" something that they become obsessed. This preoccupation causes them to become out of touch with the "real" world. While it may not be obvious to them, it is to others that the line between the TV show and reality has become blurred, and they are living in an artificial world. Also, when a person becomes obsessed with one thing, they tend to let their appearance and surroundings go. This neglect sends a message to others that they are odd, and they are avoided. It was reported at a Star Trek convention that even William Shatner (Capt. Kirk) was so alarmed at the obsession of some of the fans that he told them they needed to "get a life!"

TNG for sure. Yeah, ok, they did ALOT of exploring in Kirk's era, but space-travel was much less safe, just because they hadn't quite perfected the ships yet. By TNG, they'd had alot of time to make the ships really really safe, and well protected. Plenty of stuff happened too, not all of it good (Borg, Romulans etc.).

Star Trek: Voyager's era, right at when it was first lost contact.
Living aboard Voyager is pretty nice, eventhough that it was lost.

It would be the first because I liked the cool sounds the space ship had back then.
Also I think that the whole crew acted like they where old pals from way back. You could see they enjoyed their company from one another.A would see a sence of brothership.
I enjoyed that.

Have to be Next Generation. 1 word "HOLODECK" Then I could have that place where I didn't have to pretend that accept the morals, ethics, or laws. In there those things wouldn't apply.

24th Century during the era of TNG/DS9/VOY for 2 reasons...
Food Replicators & Holodecks...
They are the dream of EVERY American of this day and age... We would NEVER do any exploring if we had those two items!!!

During TNG. So I could hook up with Jean Luc, then I would ask him to tell me why he has such trust in Guinan. Also, galaxy class ships, holo-decks, and an alliance with Klingons.
