Oh my god. You really DON'T know anything about gay people. LOTS of gay men are "straight looking!!" And lots of lesbians don't "look" gay, either. I am a lesbian who's married to a hot, curvy lady with long brown hair, beautiful face and a killer body! The guys can't have her - they are in shock when we tell them she doesn't do sausage.

Most gays are not distinguishable by you in casual observation. Super conservatives like Bill O'Reilly would like to think there are only 2 per 100. However, and I'm smarter than Bill, there probably are closer to 1 in 10 in open societies where expression of thought and feelings have NOT been nearly completely suppressed (meaning 1 in 10 in western countries, and perhaps 1 in 100 in repressed cultures). Gay/bi experiences in some cultures actually is in the majority; with heterosexual matings occurring later in life to produce children which will support the parents in old age.

I don't think people would have had to evolve and develop some form of "radar" to find homosexuals if they were that easy to identify, that is, if all homosexuals were sissy and feminine as you say (I'm referring to gaydar of course).
I know a lot of homosexual men and women who don't act any different from heterosexuals, perhaps even fit into the stereotypical male/female model than some straight folks. It's all over.

Dude...there are many "types" of gay men as there are many types of straight men.
The feminine gays are probably easier for you to notice, due to the infamous stereotyping.
I have no idea about percentages.

"Straight looking" is a hideous misnomer.
Straights don't look one way and gays another way and bisexuals a 3rd way.
We're all just people, individuals.
One's orientation does not affect what they wear, or how they talk or what they do for a living....NOTHING.
