don't worry about it, I do a lot of cutting for my kids' kindergarten class and my hands do the same. I think it is our hands way of saying "STOP! I NEED A BREAK!" LOL! Sometimes if I'm really overdoing it I will have a numb hand for a day or so.

I think you've got a very very bad case of hand cramps from writing to much I think you should take a break for a while.

you may want to ask a doctor.
it may be something simple like a pinched nerve, or it may be something serious. you might want to get that checked out by a licensed professional.
