I found a rare vintage t-shirt at the thrift store this week but it's about an inch too short. The tag is missing but it feels like a 50/50...I know an inch isn't much but if I could get an extra inch out of it someway, it would rule. Now, initial reaction is that it can't be done without a magic wand, but I wanted to check and see if anyone has any ideas about using hot water and stretching it out wet and letting it lay flat to dry but that's why I thought I'd ask. Anyone have any ideas?

I don't think you going to be able to make it stretch...and stay stretched.....I would suggest layering it over another solid colors t shirt that has the extra inch that you are looking for...it will look good, and you will get to enjoy that cool T....so how vintage is it anyway? What does it have on it...just curious?

I guess you could try stretching out after you wash it and letting it air dry. Otherwise, I would wear a tank or cami under it.
