when someone is convicted of a class 6 feloney they have 90 days to file for post conviction relief, how does a person go about this and what type of relief is offered

Post conviction relief are the things and activities being given provided to a person who is just convicted in court to relieve him of pressure and depression.

Post conviction relief? Do you mean post conviction remedies? If so, that would be potential constitutional violations of a prisioner, which he or she could challenge at both the federal level, and in most state convictions.Example: federal prisoner could challenge the constitutionality of his conviction and ask the court to vacate his sentence.
